How to find the best size for you

Select: Right or Left Hand

• Use a soft measuring tape to measure the circumference of your hand just below the knuckles of all fingers, excluding the thumb.
• Choose the appropriate size from the chart.

Note: This measurement is only a guideline for determining size because thumb sizes vary and there is no way to measure the base of the thumb. If your measurement falls close to two sizes, we advise you try on both sizes to determine the best fit. The better the fit, the better the brace will work for you!
